[llvm-dev] [GSOC] Loop Vectorization support for the Scalable Vector Types in LLVM 9

     My name is Alex Susu. I am a PhD student.

     I'd like to mention that I will participate instead of Bogdan-Alexandru Andrei for 
this GSoC proposal, since Bogdan-Alexandru is withdrawing his participation.
