[llvm-dev] [RFC] Tools emit the bug report URL on crash

Hi all,

When Clang crashes a useful message is output:

"PLEASE submit a bug report to https://bugs.llvm.org/ and include the crash
backtrace, preprocessed source, and associated run script."

Sony ships a number of llvm tools and would like a similar message to
appear when they crash. Is this something others would be interested in?

Please let me know if you have an opinion on this,
