[llvm-dev] [Release-testers] [10.0.0 Release] Release Candidate 2 is here

Hello,

I finished testing llvm-10.0.0 RC2  on Power PC 64bit Little Endian Red Hat
7.4 machine and have uploaded the binary from IBM.
There were no failures. The sha1 file is attached.
