I filed https://bugs.llvm.org/show_bug.cgi?id=44780 but was able to work
around it with
https://github.com/ziglang/zig/commit/73256dda91d0d5b3d13016d15f2c4465a69cd7d4.
Other than that, all tests passing in zig's llvm10 branch, with
assertions-enabled debug-mode LLVM. I tested with release/10.x branch,
commit 2d9954dd8244c7a9d6a1e160fcbb22fe2b9b514f.
