[llvm-dev] Apropos "shouting": PLEASE ATTACH THE FOLLOWING FILES TO THE BUG REPORT

Context is everything. Spotting the relevant details in long build output
can be tricky & some emphasis (caps, the *** borders, etc) can be useful.
