[llvm-dev] Numbering sections in documents

I think the LLVM documentation set would benefit from having numbered sections and subsections. It's pretty much a rule in the technical publishing business that at least two levels of numbering are included, both for referencing and to give the reader a better idea of the outline of the text.

This may have been considered previously and rejected. I'd be interesting in opinions.
