[llvm-dev] Combine TableGen documents?

The idea has been well received, for which I am grateful.

What is the best way to have a new document reviewed? Submit it with Phabricator, or first send it around to a few people directly?

If either of you feel like responding to this suggestion, I'd appreciate it.
