[llvm-dev] clang-8 missing in apt.llvm????

Hello everybody

Sorry to interrupt you as I know you guys are busy preparing for clang-8.0.1 release, but on [llvm-toolchain-buster-8]( http://apt.llvm.org/buster/dists/llvm-toolchain-buster-8/main/) from [apt.llvm](http://apt.llvm.org/), the `clang-8` packages is missing, along with other `*-8` packages, which breaks my dockerfile which relies on `apt-get` to install llvm-toolchain-8.

Anybody can fix that?
