[llvm-dev] llvm.org service is degraded

Hello,
As many of you have probably noticed llvm.org is not responding to requests
in a very timely manner (if at all).  There is a high amount of git
requests currently hitting the server, causing the server to run low on
resources.  We are investigating ways to mitigate the problem, though my
guess is time will be the cure here.

** PLEASE NOTE ** If you operate bots which point directly at llvm.org
please consider moving them to pull from the mirrors on GitHub as this will
ease the burden on the main server.

Anyway, we'll report back to the list when things settle down and the
server starts to behave as we expect.  Thank you for your patience and
understanding.
