[llvm-dev] docs-llvm-html broken?

The sphinx bot (http://lab.llvm.org:8011/builders/llvm-sphinx-docs) is green so I don't think there's a problem with the docs itself. However, I recently learned this bot doesn't update the website and that there's as script to do that. +Tanya who should be able to help with this.
