[llvm-dev] mips builders on LLVM buildbot?

Hi Galina,

a) "llvm-mips-linux" buildbot is active now. There are some failed
tests but I'm working to make the buildbot "green".

b) For now "clang-cmake-mips" and "clang-cmake-mipsel" can be removed.
Later we probably restore these buildbots.
