[llvm-dev] RFC: Shall we re-enable GVNHoist by default ?

Hello llvm-dev,


GVNHoist has been disabled for a while due to test breakages.

I have created a revision where I list the fixed bugs.

I am not sure if I am missing something fundamental that still needs addressing before we flip the switch.

I couldn't dig out the discussion about exactly what we should do prior to re-enabling it by default.
