Hi Dean,
LLVM is not switched to git (yet). The primary LLVM repos are all in
SVN and available from https://llvm.org/svn/llvm-project/
You'd need to commit to
https://llvm.org/svn/llvm-project/www/trunk/OpenProjects.html
