[llvm-dev] SmallVector error in loop analysis pass

Hey all,
I'm new to LLVM and have been trying to run a loop analysis pass.
I'm getting this error when I build the pass:

      constructor for initialization of 'SmallVector<llvm::Type *,
      sizeof...(ArgsTy)>'
    SmallVector<Type*, sizeof...(ArgsTy)> ArgTys{Args...};

I tried running it with llvm 7 and now 5 but getting the same error.
