[llvm-dev] Using C++14 code in LLVM

This is true, but long term I wonder if it's worth revisiting this LTS
strategy.  Because C++17 is *very* compelling, and I don't think it's
reasonable to wait another 5-7 years, or potentially longer, before we can
use it.
