[llvm-dev] Should we split llvm Support and ADT?

add_custom_command(DEPFILE) is available with CMake>=3.7 and generator is
Ninja.
I have a patch for this and this is working fine with "*-tblgen -d"

This can reduce edges between generated.inc and *.td(s), though, I think
this won't be so useful to reduce turn-around build time.
