[llvm-dev] [Release-testers] [4.0.0 Release] Release Candidate 3 has been tagged

Hi,
OpenMandriva Cooker is updated on all architectures, no failures detected.

Also launched a successful build of AOSP master on Hikey (aarch64) with
4.0-rc3 (in this build, even the kernel is built with clang).
