[llvm-dev] Update on Clang/LLVM integration with VS2017

It seems like LLVM can't find my MSBuild directory and the MSVC compiler toolchain.  So I always get an error message saying,

"InstallingMSVC integration...

Failed to find MSBuild toolsets directory.
MSVC integration install failed.

"


How do I fix this problem?
