[llvm-dev] PGO, zlib and 'default.profraw'

The __llvm_prf_names section is compressed but your llvm-profdata tool is
probably not built with zlib enabled.

To disable compression, use option -mllvm -enable-name-compression=false
 in your instrumentation build.
