[llvm-dev] Partial Inlining

I notice that there is a simple partial inlining pass which is not enabled for clang.  I am also aware of some older research papers involving partial inlining in LLVM (http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/document/5936700/) .  Have there been any plans or discussion about improving partial inlining?
