[llvm-dev] [GreenDragon] Working on Green Dragon today

Hello Again,
I have finished working on the Green Dragon infrastructure upgrades.  We
will continue to watch Green Dragon very carefully over the next few days
to ensure our improvements help the infrastructure to be more reliable.
