[llvm-dev] LLVM Bugzilla MOVED to bugs.llvm.org

Hi All,

The bugzilla links of the form `llvm.org/PR*xxxx` *are still redirecting to
llvm.org/bugs/... instead of `bugs.llvm.org/`.

Could we fix this?
