[llvm-dev] Buildbots Timeout

Folks,

It seems that some buildbots are timing out more often recently, and
we narrowed down to a problem in llvm-cov. I don't know yet what the
problem is, but it gets locked at zero CPU usage, about 4-5 of them,
and the test never finishes, timing out.

I have opened a bug:

but I have no idea who to copy, or who's the code owner for that part.

Ideas?
