OK, I see what is wrong, most of the llvm tests are failing because:
<stdin>:1:40: note: possible intended match here
: CommandLine Error: Option 'asm-instrumentation' registered more than once!
Looks like it is caused by:

https://llvm.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=27685
We just enabled lld in the llvm-toolchain packages... Likely to be correlated... Sorry about that :/
