[llvm-dev] Looking to get started on LLVM

We do have a list of open projects (though it tends to get a bit out of
date): http://llvm.org/OpenProjects.html

Also worth skimming through the bug database - clang diagnostic quality
bugs can be a good place to get started in my experience, for example.
