[llvm-dev] Question about GSOC Project Ideas

Hello,

I would like to work on llvm for Google Summer of Code, but I don't
have much experience with working on compilers. I am currently taking
a compilers course and so far we have only talked about the frontend
(the scanner and the parser). Are there any projects at my level? I
think working on code optimization would be interesting, but is that a
good idea for a beginner?
