[llvm-dev] [Release-testers] 3.8.1-rc1 has been tagged

Tom,

I tried to reproduce it on different systems, with different tools,
libraries, architectures, and couldn't reproduce it. There aren't
enough patches from OpenMandriva to justify a bug on their end, but
without reliable reproduction on vanilla LLVM, I don't know if we can
hold the release for too long.

I've already moved the bug from "release blocker" to "normal", but
I'll leave the decision to you on how long to wait for the final tag.
