[llvm-dev] 3.8.0 tar balls substituted for 3.8.1 ones?

I noticed this morning that compiler-rt and clang-tools-extras source
links at http://www.llvm.org/releases/download.html#3.8.1 are now
working but unexpectedly return the 3.8,0 source tar balls. Was this
really intended as it seems unnecessarily confusing to end-users?
Certainly it can't be that hard to just roll the proper tar balls from
the tagged release branch.
