[llvm-dev] [libcxx] How to compile libcxx with Clang for Windows

Hello all,

I am wondering whether libcxx could be built with Clang for Windows or not.
Is there any tutorial related to it? The documentation I can find is
http://libcxx.llvm.org/docs/BuildingLibcxx.html, which is only related to
compiling libcxx with clang on Linux.
