[llvm-dev] [Green Dragon] Notifications have been disabled

Hi,
I just wanted to send out a quick note to let you all know we have
currently disabled notifications from being sent out by Green Dragon.  The
system has been very unstable over the past few days and until we can get
things stable again, we do not want to spam everyone.  If you make a commit
please try to check Green Dragon manually.  We are working to get Green
Dragon healthy as quickly as possible.  I hope you all have a nice
day/evening.
