AArch64 is good, no worries.

ARM still has one failure (TestCases/Posix/halt_on_error-torture.cc)
alongside the XPASSes.

The ASAN tests are flaky on ARM for a long time, so I won't worry
about it in this release.

I've logged them on PR31074.

Both binaries uploaded, ready for the final.
