[llvm-dev] Mono-repo Git porposal?

Folks,

How's the proposal going?

The discussions seem to have died down, so now it seems the right time
to summarise everything and get to a concrete and robust proposal.

Do we have any phab review on the document?

I'm sure questions will be raised on the review, so we need to put it
up some weeks before our soft deadline (end of Aug). I also foresee
discussions in this review needing changes on the sub-modules
proposal, so we should really start as soon as possible.
