I think this project could be shown on the llvm.org/ProjectsWithLLVM/ projects page.

<p/>
The <a href="http://oovcde.sourceforge.net/">Oovcde</a> project is a C++ IDE
for Windows or Linux with an analysis tool
based on CLang that creates UML class, component, sequence, as well as zone
and portion diagrams from C++ source. It contains a syntax highlighting
editor based on CLang and has an automated multi-tasking build system that
uses the include dependencies from the C++ source code to build components.
<p/>
It also has cross compiler support, static analysis, test coverage and CMake
file generation. The diagrams allow navigation through the source code, and
can be edited manually and saved as .SVG files. It is available on
<a href="https://github.com/animatedb/oovcde">Github</a> or
<a href="http://sourceforge.net/projects/oovcde/">Sourceforge</a>.
