[llvm-dev] Is the silent buildmaster any different?

Hi Galina,

I had some timeouts on the official buildmaster, so I moved my bot to
the silent one and I got all green for a long time, so I decided to
move back to the official master, only to have the random timeouts
again.

Is there any difference between the settings on the two that would explain that?
