[LLVMdev] buildbot failure in LLVM on clang-x64-ninja-win7-debug

Hi Dennis,

I just got this buildbot error message after my commit. It was sent to 
60 other people and it seems your buildbot is failing since a while. 
With so many people on a single blame list and a history of failing 
builds, it seems these notification mails do not provide any benefits.

In the light of the current mailing list discussions about buildbot 
noise, I wonder if you possibly disable notifications for your buildbot. 
It would also be nice if you could move it to the clang.exp
section.
