[LLVMdev] llvm::sys::Execute() is not truncating redirects

If I'm understanding you correctly, you mean that if you were to write a
shell with llvm::sys::Execute(), then `echo foo >bar`, then the file `bar`
would not get truncated? Could you please file a more detailed report on
llvm.org/bugs?
