[LLVMdev] CFP : 4th International Workshop DCE-2015 (Dynamic Compilation Everywhere)

Dear Henri-Pierre,

Is there something specific about LLVM in the call for papers?  We 
typically consider calls for papers off-topic for the list unless they 
specifically involve Clang/LLVM/etc. in some fashion.
