What do you call the correct place? I'm a bit worried by that
"projects/compiler-rt-2.4" line. I'd expect compiler-rt to live in
projects/compiler-rt, regardless of version.

I admit I can't explain the details of why you're seeing that
particular error, but it's probably worth a try if you haven't
already.
