[LLVMdev] 3.4.1 Release Plans

Still happy to test. Due to the timing, I can test/package both Ubuntu
13.10 and 14.04 on x64 (running 14.04 at home, 13.10 in the office)
Although 14.04 is due for final freeze April 10 and release April 17, we'll
see how it goes.
