[LLVMdev] Removing lib/MC/MCObjectDisassembler (and more?)

I don’t mind removing it as long as nothing is using it. If we, or anyone else, starts up that sort of work again, it’s easy enough to resurrect the code. It’s not helping anyone sitting in tree unused and untested.
