[LLVMdev] LNT bot failures

[Chris Matthews]

LNT executes:

   cc_version = capture([cc, '-v', '-E'] + cc_flags +
                         ['-x', 'c', '/dev/null', '-###'],
                         include_stderr=True).strip()

Then parses the result

Perhaps that output has changed in an unexpected way?
