[LLVMdev] Call for Removal: remove BreakpointPrinter and print-breakpoints-for-testing

This is in opt.cpp, BreakpointerPrinter is used only when command line
argument "print-breakpoints-for-testing" is on. The implementation is
out-dated and there is no testing case for it.
