[LLVMdev] PR15242 and cmake

Hi,

Even though people are talking about deprecating autoconf
http://llvm.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=15242 shows that cmake builds are not
really tested on the build bots.

It would be nice to get more cmake coverage in bots before talking about
deprecating autoconf.
