[LLVMdev] llvm.org is down

Hiya.

I'm trying to get the static analyzer, but it looks like llvm.org is down: 
http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/llvm.org

Can somebody tell me if it's supposed to be down or not?  Where to go if
it's moved, etc.
