[LLVMdev] Bugzilla bug mail

Is there any way we can reconfigure bugzilla to thread (by consistent
subject and referrer header) all emails about a bug together? The fact that
new bug mail has a different header (prefixed with "[new]") can make it
much harder than necessary to read about the state of a bug.

Thoughts?
