[LLVMdev] Minor problem in today's LLVM/CLANG head

include/llvm/Target/TargetData.h and lib/TargetData.cpp are removed
from the SVN head revision, but  TargetData.cpp is still mentioned in
lib/Target/CMakeLists.txt
