[LLVMdev] ENABLE_OPTIMIZED=1

Building with debug info makes the links take a really long time on a box with <4GB RAM.

When building without ENABLE_OPTIMIZED=1, is that supposed to take 10
times longer to "build" LLVM than with ENABLE_OPTIMIZED=1?
