[LLVMdev] Looking for more LLBrowse testers / users

Huh, interesting. I must have made an error when I downloaded the 2.8
version of LLVM, because I see that 'isPrivate' isn't there (it was checked
in a couple weeks before that, but didn't make the branch cut apparently.)
