[LLVMdev] Branch documentation titles

Hello,

The titles at the very top of version 2.7 and 2.8 on the website still claim 
that they are the SVN head.  2.8 still even contains the warning that you should 
find the branch documentation elsewhere because it is SVN Head's documentation.
