[LLVMdev] DragonEgg OpenMP support

all of the GOMP specific work is already done by the time the dragonegg plugin
kicks in, so it supports whatever version of GOMP your gcc-4.5 supports.  That
said, while I know that some people are using GOMP with dragonegg, I never
tried it much myself, so can't vouch for how well it really works.
